About Niki Keane

Niki Keane is a mixed media visual artist, living in Wicklow, Ireland, specializing in assemblages, sculptures and jewellery. Her passion lies in transforming recycled, reclaimed, and repurposed materials into captivating artworks that embody mechanical, industrial, and Steampunk aesthetics. Through texture and layers, she invites viewers to engage intimately with the pieces, encouraging them to touch and discover familiar everyday objects integrated into the art.

Central to Keane's work is the challenge of redefining perceptions of waste and junk, urging a reconsideration of our own waste practices, while exploring themes around the human experience. Commissioned pieces delve deep into personal narratives, using meaningful objects to evoke memories and emotions unique to each recipient.

With clients spanning Ireland, the UK, the US, and Canada, Keane's art is appreciated worldwide, with numerous private commissions reflecting deeply personal stories and connections.
